Mornings- you tend to either love them or loathe them.
BUT waking up earlier in the mornings and waking up and doing as you mean to go on for the rest of the day will make you feel so much better over time.
So here a few tips to make your mornings that slight bit easier;
– Set your alarm nice and early and put it somewhere you can’t reach so that you can’t just constantly hit that snooze button (very guilty of this!) – Have a glass of warm lemon water before you eat any food (the benefits of this are endless, the main one being that it helps your digestion and will set you up nicely for the day) – Prep your days meals the evening before so you can wake up and not have to worry about making your lunch for the day, you can just grab it and go – Try and go for a half hour walk in the morning (this will wake you up, will start your day right and just make you feel so much better by getting moving) – Get an early night (go to bed at a decent time allowing yourself enough time for your muscles to recover in your sleep) – Make sure everything is organised, get your gym kit together, put your shoes by the door, just get everything ready so you can grab it and go without having to faff around (organisation is key )
Hopefully if you stick to some of the above tips in time you will find it so much easier to get up and make the most of your mornings!
